Fish Curry with Jasmine Rice
A mild and creamy curry inspired by Asian cuisine. White fish cooks gently in a flavorful sauce of coconut milk and spices.

Ingredients
- 300 g White fish
- 150 g Jasmine rice
- 200 g Tomatoes
- 100 g Cucumber
- 150 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the jasmine rice for 15 minutes in boiling salted water.
Step 2
Cut the fish into portions and dice the tomatoes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan, add the curry powder and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes and milk, bring to a gentle simmer.
Step 5
Place the fish in the sauce and cook for 8-10 minutes over low heat.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, serve with the rice.
