Fish and Shrimp Curry
A flavorful and mildly spiced Asian curry with fish and shrimp, enhanced with fresh vegetables. Serve with rice.

Ingredients
- 250 g Fish
- 200 g Shrimp
- 200 g Broccoli
- 100 g Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 100 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fish into cubes and prepare the vegetables into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the curry for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the coconut milk and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the vegetables and cook for 8 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Add the fish and shrimp. Cook for another 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
