Fish Curry with Rice and Vegetables
A savory curry with white fish, carrots, and rice. Easy to prepare with a few classic spices.

Ingredients
- 300 g White fish
- 200 g Rice
- 150 g Carrots
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according to instructions. Cut the fish into pieces and the carrots into batons.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan, then add the curry powder and mix well (30 seconds).
Step 3
Add the carrots and cook for 3 minutes, then add the coconut milk and fish.
Step 4
Simmer for 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through. Season to taste.
Step 5
Serve the curry over hot rice.
