Fish Curry with Tomatoes and Rice
A flavorful and spicy curry with white fish, tomatoes, and a touch of coconut milk. Served with white rice.

Ingredients
- 400 g White fish
- 300 g Tomatoes
- 200 g White rice
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 400 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Start cooking the rice with 400 ml of water.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic.
Step 4
Add the curry powder and mix well.
Step 5
Cut the fish into large chunks and add it to the pot.
Step 6
Pour in the crushed tomatoes and coconut milk.
Step 7
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper, serve over hot rice.
