Fish Curry with Tomatoes and Rice
A savory and aromatic curry inspired by Indian cuisine. Tender white fish in a lightly spiced tomato sauce, served with white rice.

Ingredients
- 300 g White fish
- 250 g Tomatoes
- 150 g Rice
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
Step 2
Cut the fish into cubes, mince the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the garlic and curry powder, cook for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes and fish, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, serve over the rice.
