Fish Curry with Tomatoes and Peppers
A savory and aromatic Asian-style curry with fresh fish, tomatoes, and vegetables. An exotic dish ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g White fish
- 300 g Tomatoes
- 200 g Cooked rice
- 150 ml Coconut milk
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fish into regular cubes. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Crush the tomatoes or cut them into small dice.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the curry powder and stir well to infuse the oil.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes and coconut milk, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Add the fish and cook gently for 8 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper, and serve over rice.
