Fish Curry with Potatoes
A flavorful Indian curry with white fish, potatoes, and carrots. Rich and spiced, served with plain rice.

Ingredients
- 400 g White fish
- 300 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 250 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 200 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fish into large chunks, chop the potatoes and carrots into cubes. Mince the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the curry powder, mix well. Cook for 1 minute to release the aromas.
Step 4
Add the potatoes, carrots and water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5
Add the fish and coconut milk. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the fish is cooked. Season with salt and pepper, serve with rice.
