Fish Curry with Potatoes and Carrots
A simple and flavorful curry made with fish, potatoes, and carrots. Served with rice, it's a comforting and delicious meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Fish fillet
- 300 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 250 ml Coconut milk
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 200 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fish into pieces, and dice the potatoes and carrots.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot or large pan.
Step 3
Add the curry powder and let it toast for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the potatoes and carrots, stir, and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the coconut milk and water, bring to a boil.
Step 6
Simmer for 12 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 7
Add the fish and cook for 5 minutes, season with salt.
