Fish Curry with Vegetables and Coconut Milk
A savory Indian curry featuring tender fish and vegetables. A complete, exotic dish ready in less than 40 minutes.

Ingredients
- 350 g Fish fillet
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 15 ml Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 150 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the onion.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pot and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Sprinkle with curry and stir well, cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Cut the fish into cubes and chop the vegetables into small pieces.
Step 5
Add the fish and vegetables, pour in the coconut milk and a little water.
Step 6
Simmer covered for 15 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
