Chickpea Curry with Spaghetti
An exotic and creamy curry mixed with spaghetti for a delicious and original Italian-Indian fusion.

Ingredients
- 180 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Canned chickpeas
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mince the onion and sauté it in a skillet or wok with olive oil over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the curry powder and stir for 1 minute to release the flavors.
Step 4
Pour in the coconut milk and drained chickpeas, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the spaghetti to the sauce, season with salt and pepper, then toss gently.
