Chickpea Curry with Shells
A simple and flavorful vegetarian Indian curry with chickpeas and shell pasta. Comforting and spiced to perfection.

Ingredients
- 200 g Shell pasta
- 400 g Canned chickpeas
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 200 g Crushed tomato, canned
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 unit Onion
- 15 ml Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the shell pasta in a pot according to the time indicated on the package.
Step 2
Sauté the sliced onion in a pan with oil, add curry powder and mix.
Step 3
Add the chickpeas, crushed tomato and coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the shell pasta and mix it with the curry. Season and serve.
