Thai-Italian Curry Pasta
A fusion blend of penne with a spicy curry-tomato sauce. Exotic, flavorful and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 60 g Olives
- 50 g Gruyère
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil for the pasta with salt.
Step 2
Finely mince the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the curry powder and stir for 30 seconds to release the aromas.
Step 5
Pour in the tomatoes (canned or fresh) and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Meanwhile, cook the penne according to package instructions.
Step 7
Drain the pasta and mix it with the curry-tomato sauce.
Step 8
Add the olives, season to taste, top with grated Gruyère and serve.
