Quick Red Lentil Curry
A simplified Indian curry with red lentils that melt into a flavorful sauce. Ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Red Lentils
- 700 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à to taste Salt
- à to taste Pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Quickly rinse the red lentils.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan.
Step 3
Add the lentils and lightly sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Simmer for 15-18 minutes until the lentils are very tender and the sauce has reduced.
Step 6
Season to taste and stir in a knob of butter.
