Ingredients
- 150 g Red lentils
- 500 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the curry powder and turmeric, and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour in the lentils, water, and coconut milk. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and serve hot.
