Lentil Curry with Green Salad
A savory and spiced lentil curry infused with cumin, turmeric, and onion. Served with fresh salad to balance the warmth.

Ingredients
- 200 g Lentils
- 150 g Salad greens
- 1 piece Onion
- 600 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely mince the onion.
Step 2
Sauté the onion in oil in a pan for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add curry powder and turmeric, stir for 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour in water and lentils, cook for 18-20 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve the curry with fresh salad.
