Lentil Curry with Tomato and Zucchini

Ingredients
- 150 g Lentils
- 300 ml Tomato sauce
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 300 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the crushed garlic for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add the curry powder and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Pour in the water and lentils, bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add the tomato sauce and diced zucchini.
Step 5
Simmer for 15-18 minutes until the lentils are tender.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
