Coconut Lentil Curry
A savory and aromatic Indian curry with lentils, coconut milk, and warm spices. A complete dish served with rice or bread.

Ingredients
- 250 g Lentils
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 300 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Mince the onion and chop the garlic.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and garlic in oil in a pan for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the curry powder and turmeric, stir for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the lentils, water, and coconut milk, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and serve hot.
