Quick Vegetable and Tuna Curry

Ingredients
- 250 g tuna
- 200 g carrots
- 100 g celery
- 25 ml olive oil
- 300 ml water or coconut milk
- 10 g curry powder
- 1 piece onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 5 g salt
- 2 g pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut carrots, celery, and onion into julienne.
Step 2
Heat oil in a wok and sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add curry powder and let it infuse for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add carrots, celery, and flaked tuna, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in water or coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
