Vegetable and Tuna Curry
A simple and flavorful curry revisiting the stir-fry with spices and coconut milk for added richness.

Ingredients
- 250 g Canned tuna
- 3 piece Carrots
- 1 piece Beets
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut carrots and beets into small dice
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pot and add the curry, let cook for 1 minute
Step 3
Add carrots and beets, cook for 5 minutes
Step 4
Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 5
Add the drained tuna, season, and cook for 3 minutes
