Vegetable Curry with Oats
A light Indian curry with carrots, celery, and oat flakes that naturally thicken the sauce. Flavorful and nourishing.

Ingredients
- 3 piece Carrots
- 2 stalk Celery stalks
- 80 g Oat flakes
- 2 tsp Curry
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots. Cut the celery into pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a Dutch oven or pot and cook the curry for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the carrots and celery, and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring.
Step 4
Pour in the water, add the oat flakes, and stir. Simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are fully cooked.
Step 5
Season with salt and serve hot.
