Coconut Curry Ham
A delicious Asian curry with ham, lactose-free coconut milk, and mild spices. Served over rice or on its own, it's a simple yet flavorful culinary journey.

Ingredients
- 250 g Ham
- 200 ml Lactose-free coconut milk
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 cm Fresh ginger (optional)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the curry powder and sauté for 1 minute to release the flavors.
Step 3
Cut the ham into dice and add it to the pan.
Step 4
Pour in the coconut milk and mix well.
Step 5
Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Serve hot.
