Thai Red Curry Shrimp
A savory and spicy Thai curry with shrimp, made with a red curry paste base, coconut milk, and a touch of sugar to balance the flavors.

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 300 ml Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the curry paste, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the shrimp, sugar, and salt. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
Step 5
Serve hot, preferably with white rice or noodles.
