Quick Shrimp Curry

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 15 g Curry powder
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 20 ml Oil
- 3 g Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 5 g Fresh cilantro
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly mince the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, then add the curry powder and stir well.
Step 4
Pour in the coconut milk and simmer gently for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the peeled shrimp and cook for 5-6 minutes until they turn pink.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh cilantro if available. Serve with rice or pasta.
