Shrimp and Vegetable Curry
A simple and delicious curry with shrimp, broccoli, and carrot. Serve with white rice or naan for a complete meal.

Ingredients
- 350 g Shrimp
- 250 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrot
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Red curry paste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté the curry paste for 1 minute.
Step 2
Pour in the coconut milk and stir well.
Step 3
Add the carrots in sticks and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the broccoli florets and shrimp. Cook for 7 minutes. Season with salt.
