Shrimp and Vegetable Curry
A quick and indulgent curry with shrimp, broccoli and carrots, enriched with cream and aromatic spices. Comforting Asian flavor served alone or with rice.

Ingredients
- 250 g Shrimp
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 100 g Onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the onion, cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrot into rounds.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the skillet and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the curry powder and stir for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the vegetables and shrimp, cook for 6 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the sour cream, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
