Carrot and Celery Curry with Chickpeas
A savory and creamy vegetarian curry with vegetables and chickpeas, perfect served with rice.

Ingredients
- 3 piece Carrots
- 2 piece Celery stalks
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 400 ml Water
- a volonte pinch Salt
- a volonte pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots and celery into even-sized pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a Dutch oven and sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the curry powder and mix well for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the water, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Serve hot in bowls.
