Carrot and Celery Curry with Oat Flakes
A simple and warming Indian curry with carrots and celery, thickened with oat flakes for added texture. Vegetarian and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 150 g Celery stalks
- 40 g Oat flakes
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- 300 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots and celery into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot or skillet.
Step 3
Sauté the vegetables over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with curry powder and mix well.
Step 5
Pour in the water and simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Add the oat flakes, mix well, and let thicken for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
