Carrot and Celery Curry
A light and flavorful Indian curry made with carrots and celery. Served over a bed of oat flakes for a unique and satisfying texture.

Ingredients
- 3 pieces Carrots
- 2 stalks Celery stalks
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 300 ml Water
- 150 g Oat flakes
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the carrots and celery.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot or saucepan.
Step 3
Add the carrots and celery, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with curry powder and mix well so everything is evenly coated.
Step 5
Pour in the water, bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Cook the oat flakes in a saucepan according to package instructions. Serve the curry on top.
