Curry Carrots and Celery
A mild and flavorful vegetarian curry with fresh vegetables and a touch of oats for texture. Perfect served with rice.

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 150 g Celery stalks
- 1 tsp Curry
- 30 g Oats
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots and celery into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot or skillet and add the curry powder.
Step 3
Add the carrots and celery and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the water, add the oats, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Taste, adjust the seasoning as needed, and serve.
