Carrot and Celery Curry

Ingredients
- 500 g Carrots
- 200 g Celery
- 2 tsp Curry
- 30 g Butter
- 400 ml Water
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into thick rounds.
Step 2
Wash the celery and cut into 3-4 cm pieces.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pot, add the curry powder and stir for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add the carrots and celery, pour in the water. Bring to a boil.
Step 5
Reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Season to taste.
