Carrot and Celery Curry
A simple and comforting vegetarian curry with everyday vegetables. Serve on its own or over rice for a heartier meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 150 g Celery stalks
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 200 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots into rounds and celery into chunks.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan or pot over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute to release its aroma.
Step 4
Add the carrots and celery, cook for 5 minutes stirring.
Step 5
Pour in the water, add salt, and simmer for 10 minutes until tender.
