Carrot Curry Soup
A creamy carrot and celery soup flavored with curry. Vegetarian, comforting, and delicious.

Ingredients
- 500 g Carrots
- 150 g Celery stalks
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 L Water
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds, and cut the celery into pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the curry powder.
Step 3
Add the carrots and celery, stir for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the water and simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Blend everything until you get a smooth soup.
Step 6
Season and serve hot.
