Quick Asian Curry Pasta
A flavorful Asian dish: sautéed pasta with ham, creamy curry sauce, and crisp vegetables for an exotic meal in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Red curry paste
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the ham, slice the onion into thin strips, and chop the bell pepper into small pieces.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the curry paste and mix well for 1 minute.
Step 5
Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add the ham and bell pepper, continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Step 7
Drain the pasta and add it to the curry sauce, mix well, and serve hot.
