Asian-style chicken curry with carrots and broccoli
A mild and flavorful curry inspired by Southeast Asia featuring tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy sauce. Serve over rice.

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 300 g Carrot
- 300 g Broccoli
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Curry paste
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes, carrots into batons, and broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Sear the chicken in hot oil for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Step 3
Add the curry paste, stir well, and cook for 1 minute to release the aromas.
Step 4
Pour in the coconut milk, add carrots and broccoli. Simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
