Asian Broccoli and Lentil Curry

Ingredients
- 200 g Lentils
- 350 g Broccoli
- 15 ml Mustard
- 500 ml Water
- 30 ml Oil
- 5 g Salt
- 3 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the lentils with cold water.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pot and add the lentils, sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour water and cook the lentils for 20 minutes until partially cooked.
Step 5
Add the broccoli and mustard, continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
