Grilled Turkey Thigh with Cumin, Fennel and Olives
Tender turkey pieces infused with cumin and lemon, served with melting grilled fennel and black olives. A rustic and flavorful dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g boneless turkey thigh
- 1 bulb fennel
- 40 g pitted black olives
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 piece lemon
Instructions
Step 1
Season the turkey with cumin, a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Slice the fennel into thin quarters.
Step 3
Grill the turkey over medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Step 4
Grill the fennel quarters for 4 minutes on each side. Plate with black olives and a squeeze of lemon.
