Sweet Apple and Clementine Crumble with Oats and Honey
A delightful Franco-British crumble combining caramelized apples and clementines, topped with a crispy crust of oats, walnuts, and amber honey.

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 4 piece Clementines
- 100 g Oat flakes
- 80 g Walnuts
- 80 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 100 ml Water
- 30 g Sugar
- 2 g Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cube the apples, then juice the clementines.
Step 2
Cook the apples, clementine juice, sugar, and water in a saucepan for 10 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Mix the oat flakes, crushed walnuts, softened butter, honey, and salt to form the crumble topping.
Step 4
Pour the compote into a baking dish and generously cover with the crumble mixture.
Step 5
Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.
Step 6
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving hot.
