Apple-Chocolate Crumble with Quinoa-Almond Topping

Ingredients
- 600 g Apples
- 100 g Chocolate
- 100 g Cooked quinoa
- 80 g Flour
- 80 g Brown sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 60 g Sliced almonds
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel the apples, cut into dice, and place in a baking dish.
Step 3
Break the chocolate into pieces and scatter over the apples.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, salt, and cooked quinoa.
Step 5
Cut the butter into small dice and work it into the mixture with your fingers until you achieve a crumbly texture.
Step 6
Add the sliced almonds and mix.
Step 7
Spread the crumble over the apples and chocolate, then bake for 20 minutes until golden.
