- 2 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear
- 80 g Oat flakes
- 60 g Sliced almonds
- 50 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cube the fruit, then arrange in a baking dish.
Step 2
Prepare the topping: mix oat flakes, almonds, and salt in a bowl.
Step 3
Melt the butter with the honey, then pour over the dry mixture.
Step 4
Mix until you achieve a granular texture.
Step 5
Spread the crumble over the fruit and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
