Apple and Dark Chocolate Quinoa Crumble
A sweet and satisfying crumble combining caramelized apples, dark chocolate, and a crunchy quinoa topping.

Ingredients
- 600 g Apples
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Quinoa
- 50 g Butter
- 30 g Sugar
- 50 g Flour
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cook the quinoa according to package directions (about 15 minutes), then let it cool slightly.
Step 2
Peel and dice the apples, then cook them in a skillet with 20g butter and vanilla for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the apples into a baking dish and scatter the dark chocolate broken into pieces over top.
Step 4
Make the crumble: mix the cooked quinoa, flour, 30g soft butter, sugar, and honey until you have a crumbly texture.
Step 5
Spread the quinoa-chocolate crumble over the apples and bake for 15 minutes until the top is lightly golden.
