Apple and Chocolate Crumble with Nuts
A comforting French dessert combining roasted apples, dark chocolate pieces, and a crunchy walnut topping. Best served warm with a touch of butter.

Ingredients
- 6 medium Apples
- 100 g Chocolate
- 120 g Walnuts
- 150 g Flour
- 80 g Sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 0.5 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel and cube the apples. Place them in a baking dish with 2 tbsp of water.

Break the chocolate into small pieces and scatter over the apples.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, chopped walnuts, and salt. Add the softened butter and mix with your hands until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Spread this mixture evenly over the apples and chocolate.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden and crispy. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
