Apple and Chocolate Quinoa Crumble
A delicious and wonderfully crispy dessert: cinnamon-spiced baked apples topped with a crunchy quinoa, chocolate, and gruyère topping. Original and delectable!

Ingredients
- 600 g Apples
- 80 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Cooked quinoa
- 80 g Flour
- 60 g Butter
- 40 g Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Honey
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel and dice the apples and place them in a baking dish with the honey and cinnamon.
Step 2
Make the crumble: mix the flour, softened butter, and brown sugar with your fingertips until you get a sandy texture.
Step 3
Add the cooked quinoa and finely chopped chocolate to the crumble mixture and mix well.
Step 4
Spread the crumble over the apples and bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and the apples are tender.
Step 5
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
