Red Fruit and Apple Crumble
A golden and indulgent dessert with a layer of red fruits and apples topped with a crispy crumble topping. Comforting and delicious.

Ingredients
- 150 g Blueberries
- 150 g Strawberries
- 100 g Raspberries
- 300 g Apples
- 120 g Flour
- 80 g Cold butter
- 60 g Brown sugar
- 50 g Oat flakes
- 30 g Sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Peel and dice the apples, then mix with all the red fruits and sugar in a baking dish.
Step 3
For the crumble topping: mix the flour, oat flakes, and brown sugar, then add the cold butter cut into small pieces and crumble with your fingers until you have a coarse powder.
Step 4
Spread the crumble topping over the fruit.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
