Mackerel and Vegetable Croquettes
Golden and crispy croquettes made with mackerel and fresh vegetables, perfect as an appetizer or light meal.

Ingredients
- 200 g Canned mackerel
- 1 piece Carrots
- 1 stalk Celery stalk
- 2 slice Bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 piece Egg
- 200 ml Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the bread and finely process the mackerel, carrots, and celery together
Step 2
Mix everything with the egg, season, and let rest for 5 minutes
Step 3
Lightly flour your hands and form 12 croquettes
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan to 160°C and cook the croquettes for 3 minutes on each side
