Olive & Toasted Bread Bites
Toasted white bread slices topped with a simple mixture of crushed olives and oil. A quick and delicious Mediterranean appetizer.

Ingredients
- 4 slices White bread
- 120 g Olives
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pit the olives and roughly crush them with a fork together with 2 tbsp of oil.
Step 2
Season the olive mixture with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast them for 4-5 minutes at 200°C until golden brown.
Step 4
Remove the bread from the oven and brush lightly with oil.
Step 5
Generously spread the olive mixture on each toasted slice and serve warm.
