Baked Croque-Monsieur

Ingredients
- 4 slice Sandwich bread
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Lightly butter 2 slices of bread and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Divide the grated Gruyère between the 2 slices, then top each with a buttered bread slice.
Step 4
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
