Teriyaki Shrimp with Bok Choy
Shrimp coated in a homemade teriyaki sauce, roasted with bok choy and shiitake mushrooms. A quick and aromatic Japanese-inspired dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g Peeled shrimp
- 2 pieces Bok choy
- 150 g Shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 piece Fresh ginger
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix together the soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
Step 2
Halve the bok choy and slice the shiitake mushrooms. Arrange on a baking sheet and roast for 6 minutes.
Step 3
Coat the shrimp with teriyaki sauce, add to the baking sheet, and roast for 6 minutes.
Step 4
Drizzle with remaining sauce and serve immediately.
