Mediterranean Sautéed Shrimp with Fennel and Lemon

Ingredients
- 350 g Shrimp
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 bulb Fennel
- 1 piece Lemon
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
- 3 pinch Pepper
- 10 g Parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Clean and thinly slice the fennel. Mince the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a wok over high heat.
Step 3
Add the garlic and fennel, sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the shrimp, toss and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 5
Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the shrimp, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
