Asian-Style Shrimp Sauté with Broccoli and Carrots
A quick and savory stir-fry, seasoned with salt and pepper. Perfect served on toasted bread or on its own.

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp
- 250 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Clean the shrimp and pat dry. Cut the broccoli into small florets and carrots into thin sticks.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
Step 3
Stir-fry the carrots for 3 minutes, then add the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes until they turn pink.
Step 5
Season generously with salt and pepper, toss and serve immediately.
