Stir-Fried Shrimp with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 250 g Shrimp
- 200 g Broccoli
- 100 g Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the shrimp and cut the broccoli into small florets, then thinly slice the carrot.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the skillet over high heat.
Step 3
Add the carrot and broccoli and sauté for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Add the shrimp and cook for 4 minutes until they turn pink.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
